The return procedure is as follows:

 

1. Keep all packaging materials, including the original packaging, documents and related gifts.

2. Contact us (vforzcs@gmail.com) within three days of receiving the goods and request a return.

3. After confirming that the goods status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application as soon as possible.

4. Arrange for a refund within seven working days after the goods are received

 

* If we fail to recoup the goods within seven days, we will reserve the right to cancel the return of the goods.

 

We reserve the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following circumstances:

 

1. The goods are damaged, but there is no replacement on the spot when receiving the goods (applicable to the pick-up of the store and Pickup delivery)

2. Return and exchange requirements exceeding the return period

3. Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged for personal reasons

4. Customer shipping documents are missing or incomplete

5. The product is not provided by us

6. The goods themselves do not have quality problems

7. There is a problem with the picture and the object.

 

*Guests should consider the shipping risk before purchasing. If there is any damage or loss during the transportation, customers will be responsible for the loss.

*If you cancel your order for personal reasons after payment, you will be charged a refund of 5 percent of the total order fee!

(excluding reservations, reserved products cannot be cancelled for any reason)
